The HawkRidge, llc is a partnership formed by Harvey Ratzloff and Joel Bigelow. Joel has been a leader in Southern Minnesota home building for over 20 years. Joel is listed among the top 400 builders in the United States according to the National Association of Home Builders. Harvey has been associated with new home construction since 1973, developed over 500 lots since 1978, has been a Realtor since 1984, and is now the Broker/Owner of Property Brokers of Minnesota, Inc.
