"We chose HawkRidge for several reasons. First and foremost is the location, it has very quick access to Hwy 52 or Hwy 63 which puts you anywhere in Rochester in 15 minutes or less. It also is located on the edge of town giving it a somewhat secluded country feel. We also like having a full basement in a rambler style home for a reasonable price. The association fees are very reasonable, especially when you consider what they provide in return. Traci and Harvey are great to work with and very easy to get along with. Build quality on the Bigelow homes is very good, with more and more refinements and options being tailored and adjusted as they continue to build based upon customer feedback. The community center and swimming pool are a real bonus and available virtually anytime you want to use them. "
